1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Stockers at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including receiving, organizing, and loading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with the team, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and execute tasks efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
