1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time position, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, collaborating with your team to maintain high standards of safety and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration within a team environment.
• Adaptable and resilient, with a drive for success and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Basic math skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.
