1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week and starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on schedule and shift differentials.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, positive attitude, collaboration, resilience, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
