1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
• Relocate products following handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment.
• Shows resilience, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and effective communication.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical movements in the warehouse.
