Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing merchandise, ensuring the timely fulfillment of store orders and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and place incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unloading incoming deliveries.
• Conduct general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and support budget goals.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Ability to perform various physical tasks in varying temperatures.
