1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. This role requires collaboration with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
