1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. As part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for various tasks such as receiving and stocking merchandise, organizing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Assist in achieving warehouse goals and process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Executes tasks efficiently with attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong communication, organizational, and basic arithmetic skills.
• Works well independently and in a team.
