1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's warehouse operations team. Our dedicated warehouse employees work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas to ensure products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. This part-time position offers competitive starting wages and a supportive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report product quality or safety issues.
• Perform assigned tasks efficiently within company guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Maintain physical activities like bending, standing, and walking.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
