Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Efficiently relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Prepare shipments by strategically loading and unloading merchandise.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
