1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.00-$23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers
• Provide input to improve processes
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, and drives for success
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds
