1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's warehouse operations. As part of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and selecting incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met. This is a part-time position with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate with warehouse leadership for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrates quality, safety, and collaboration competencies.
• Ability to adapt to challenges and work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic and communication skills.
