1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and organize warehouse inventory.
• Cooperate with team members and provide input for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and safely operate powered industrial equipment.
