1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting pay up to $22.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
