1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. The position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differentials. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties including receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Possess organizational skills and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic math skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
