1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently looking to fill the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. The shift for this position starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality, report safety concerns, and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and assist in process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaboration with the team, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficient organization and execution.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
