Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines and load/unload shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates quality, safety, and collaborative work ethics.
• Adaptable, positive, and driven for success.
• Efficient in organization and execution of tasks.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Physical agility to perform warehouse tasks and work in varied temperatures.
