Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's efficient warehouse operations. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring smooth shipment processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Organize and relocate merchandise as per warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating warehouse equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
