1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a team member, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to inventory management. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations and support process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts according to guidelines.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, perform basic arithmetic, and work in varying temperatures.
