1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. As a crucial part of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the overall functionality of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and interact effectively with colleagues and management.
• Provide suggestions for process improvements.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate positive attitude and resilience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
