1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic warehouse operations at Aldi. As part of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise to ensure orders are prepared and delivered to our stores promptly. This role offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, demonstrate a positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift, move, and operate equipment as required.
