Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour. The role involves various schedules (A1, A2, B, C, D) that provide flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise strategically in the warehouse.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and improving warehouse processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Act according to ALDI Acts competencies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
