Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient receipt, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. As part of our team, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving comprehensive training to excel in your role.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
