1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality goods. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. You will be responsible for various tasks including stock selection, merchandise relocation, loading, cleaning, inventory counts, and more within a collaborative warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
