Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse operation, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
• Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
