1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a full-time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Shifts

We offer various shift schedules to accommodate different availability:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle incoming stock for store orders.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and operate warehouse equipment.
