Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operations of our warehouse by handling stock, preparing orders, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Work in various temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
