1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. You will be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions are valued.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication and teamwork.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
