Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the overall efficiency and safety of the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Driven to deliver excellent performance and improve results.
• Efficiently organizes tasks and operates within set standards.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
