1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with hourly wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75, based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a critical role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and within a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Work in various warehouse environments and operate powered industrial equipment.
