Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, including receiving and relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth warehouse operations and provide valuable input for process improvements. The ideal candidate should be 18 years of age or older, demonstrate conscientiousness, collaborate effectively with the team, maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations, drive for success, and exhibit efficient organizational skills. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
