Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. Our team members work in various warehouse areas and receive thorough training to succeed in their roles.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Less than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to enhance processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative and positive environment.
• Strong organizational and efficiency skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate warehouse equipment safely.
