1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficient stock selection, merchandise relocation, loading and unloading, warehouse cleanliness, inventory counts, and effective communication with peers and leadership. You will also be expected to uphold ALDI Acts competencies, demonstrate positive attitudes, drive for success, and organize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
