Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing orders for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with your team to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
