1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a safe and productive warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment and receipt.
• Keep the warehouse clean and ensure safety standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
