1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety, and report issues to management.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and collaboration in the workplace.

• Efficient, organized, and compliant with company standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team environment.
