Job Description

We are looking to hire a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect and report product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
