1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
• Ability to collaborate, follow instructions, and adapt positively to challenges.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capacity to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
