Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, your primary responsibilities include selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. You will work collaboratively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure efficient operations. In this role, you will need to be 18 years of age or older, demonstrate conscientious behavior, collaborate effectively with the team, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and exhibit organizational efficiency. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
