Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member! Our warehouse operations ensure products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and starts at $23.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize, sort, and load merchandise for shipment while maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
• Contribute to warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and carrying.
