Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, a renowned company dedicated to delivering quality products to our customers. This part-time position offers competitive pay starting at $23.75 per hour and an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership to optimize warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work in various temperature environments.
