1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various duties, including selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise and load/unload shipments.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Frequent movement and ability to work in varying temperatures.
