1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment. This Full-Time position offers competitive starting wages of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
