1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and maintaining the warehouse inventory. Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and handle incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and using powered equipment.
