1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a full-time member, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
