1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the ALDI team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse operations.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of issues.
• Follow company procedures and policies diligently.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
