1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our expanding operations at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient movement of products within the warehouse, contributing to the seamless delivery of goods to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback for process improvement to warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varied temperatures and environments.
