2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the distribution and fulfillment of orders received from stores. You will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude.
• Drive for success and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, carry, and walk.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
