2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise following warehouse guidelines including sorting, organizing, and loading.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards through general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute to the improvement of warehouse processes and product quality.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently in alignment with company procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
