2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial member of the warehouse operation, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance to meet safety requirements.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
