2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team for the 2nd shift. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and relocating merchandise, as well as maintaining warehouse cleanliness and inventory accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes and productivity.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.
• Perform tasks accurately within company guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Engage in physical activities such as bending, reaching, and carrying.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
